Avon Vitamin C Serum - officially known as Anew Alternative Clearly C 10% Vitamin C Serum - is a serum in a glass pump bottle. It was previously a regular Avon product that was discontinued and then was brought back as an Anew Alternative product. (The price didn't go up.) It is a fairly thin liquid that feels a little sticky after you put it on. It would be used after cleansing and toning - let it dry before applying any other products.
