My biggest skin care "issues" have always been acne & blackheads, clogged pores, congested pores & enlarged pores.  I was exfoliating once or twice a day.  The Clarisonic brush has totally transformed my skin.  I do not break out when I am using it.  My pores all appear small and clear.  Even the persistent blackheads & enlarged pores on my nose are gone.
