Dr. Denese HydroSeal Hand and Decollete Serum Reviews: This is for the hands, lower neck and upper chest.  It is the thickest hydrosheild (aka hydroseal).  This one has a wonderful scent and feel. This is my absolute favorite Dr. Denese product. It has transformed my decollete and lower neck area. I no longer have to use it daily, I do use it 2 to 3 times a week and a bottle lasts and lasts. I use it on my elbows, too. It smels wonderful and feels wonderful going on. I had always ignored this area and did not even realized how dry and rough the skin had gotten until I started using this product. Now it is velvety smooth. This is one of the few products that I absolutely will not be without. I have started using Avon Skin So Soft Age-Defying Neck and Chest Treatment with SPF 15 in the day and this at night - I love the results and feel great knowing that I am finally taking proper care of this area.
