IOMySkin Glycolic Acid Lotion

IOMySkin Glycolic Acid Lotion is called Night Xpression - Exfoliating Night Cream. It contains 10% Glycolic Acid along with Lactic Acid, Avocado Oil, Soybean Oil and Squalane. It has no parabens, no sulfates, no mineral oil, no additives and no fillers of any kind.

IOMySkin is a natural, botanically based skin care line developed by plastic surgeons and dermatologists for their burn and non-cosmetic plastic surgery patients. I have found all of their products to be very effective.

The primary purpose of this product is exfoliation but is also contains moisturizing ingredients, making it an idea mulit-purpose product for anyone with normal to oily skin and anyone prone to acne, blemishes, blackheads, whiteheads or clogged pores.

10% Glycolic Acid is considered to be a fairly strong concentration, so if you have not been using Glycolic acid or AHAs, you may need to build up your tolerance. Do not use it nightly initially if you have any irritation or sensitivity. Try it every other or even every third night until you can use it nightly without irritation. A slight tingling when you apply it is ok.

This is not a product I would recommend for anyone with sensitive skin.
