Neutrogena Extra Gentle Cleanser is an extremely popular cleanser with women with sensitive and dry skin. It is a very gentle soap free, fragrance cleanser. After it is applied to skin, it can be either rinsed off or wiped off with a tissue or damp washcloth. It can be used with or without water (it can be applied to dry or damp skin).
