Neutrogena Pore Refining Toner promises pores that are less visible and well-toned skin.

How does it work? It contains alpha and beta hydroxy product that work on dead skin, getting it released and washed away. What's left is a much smoother surface into which the cream penetrates to leave your skin looking fresher and clearer without drying or clogging pores. This fast penetration is thanks in part to Witch Hazel, an herb that's been used for hundreds of years as a cleanser, and aloe – which soothes and moisturizes.
