Neutrogena Tinted Moisturizer

Neutrogena Tinted Moisturizer is one of my favorite multi-tasking products. The official name is Neutrogena Healthy Skin Enhancer and it is one product that I purchase and use year after year, especially in the warmer months - but I do use it year round. It replaces moisturizer, sunscreen, primer and a daytime retinol product.

Neutrogena Tinted Moisturizer

I have oiler skin and live in the humid south, so I don’t have much need for a moisturizer – this is a very light moisturizer and it provides a sheer color. I wear Medium in everything and the color number 40 (neutral to tan) is a perfect match for me. It has an SPF of 20 and provides a broad spectrum of sun protection. Plus it has the added bonus of Retinol without having to add another product.

I breakout very easily – especially from moisturizers, I have used this off and on for years and have never had a breakout that I attributed to this. I cannot wear makeup primer (they all break me out) and I love using this under my foundation – it even outs my skin tone and provides a good base for my other makeup. It can also be used instead of foundation - which I sometimes do as well.

If you have drier skin and need to add moisture, this may not be your product. Otherwise it is a great one (with a good price!) to try.

This is actually considered a Neutrogena Makeup product, but it is more of a skin care product to me that provides makeup benefits - and that is the beauty of this product!
