Philosophy Eye Believe

The official name of Philosophy Eye Believe is eye believe deep wrinkle peptide gel.  I feel like I tried everything before trying this. Using this along with hope in a tube totally transformed the area under my eyes.  If you are fighting the signs of aging under the eyes, give this a try.  Don't expect instant gratification - it did take several months to see results.

What I love most about this is the texture - it is a thick, velvety gel and I feel like it smoothes out the under eye area. I always use it before applying concealer or makeup to smooth out the area and to diminish the appearance of fine lines around the eyes. In other words, it keeps the makeup from caking in and emphasizing the wrinkles.
