Philosophy Microdelivery Peel Pads are very good pads - they contain beta glucan, which is a more gentle exfoliant than alpha hydroxyl acid (AHA).  Some people with sensitive skin use them instead of the philosophy Microdelivery Peel Kit, others use it in addition to the kit.

Since I have very resilient skin, I have used them in addition to the kit and alternated them with Dr. Denese Facial Firming Pads.  Many times I have used them both on the same day, one in the AM, 1 in the PM.  As long as none of it irritates your face, the more you use them the better results you will have.
