Philosophy When Hope Is Not Enough SPF 20 Reviews: I absolutely love this product.  It is a light lotion, slightly purplish in color and it has the most wonderful lavender smell.  It goes on nice and smooth, disappears easy, doesn't leave any kind of residue (and no smell after it is applied).  It does not break me out at all.  Sometimes I will use a tinted moisturizer or SPF day cream and I still use this on my neck.  It is one of my favorite SPF product out of the countless ones that I have tried.  I think it is very good for anyone with oily or acne skin who wants to wear SPF with anti-aging properties.
