Philosophy Hope In A Jar is a philosophy skin care product that lives up to the hype.  Having lived with oily, acne prone skin for 35+ years, this is the first moisturizer that I can use regularly.  In fact I have noticed that when I do use it regularly my face is as soft as a baby's you-know-what.  Oprah has recommended this as one of her favorite things several times.  I know why.  Being a total lavender freak, I also love the way it smells - it doesn't have any artificial fragrance, but it does have a slight natural lavender smell.  This is the good stuff!

From philosophy:  hope in a jar original formula was originally created for the medical market and is a world-renowned skin cream. it contains beta glucan, a powerful antioxidant, which enhances skin immunology; and lactic acid, which gently exfoliates skin to reveal smoother, healthier looking skin. for years, plastic surgeons have been recommending this formula to patients in pursuit of younger, healthier skin. results can be seen and felt within days, leaving a healthy, rosy glow to the skin that doesn't require makeup or cover up. you need this product if you want to give your skin a drink of water your skin is normal with a traditional t-zone your skin is aging faster than you are you like a moisturizer that is lightweight and non-greasy you want skin that is "makeup optional" how to apply: apply to a clean, dry, face. product will absorb instantly. do not reapply. discontinue use if irritation occurs. avoid contact with eyes.
